3 months

This little girl is 3 months old.  Which means my maternity leave is quickly coming to an end.  I am not looking forward to leaving her at daycare as I go back to work.  I trust my daycare lady and know that Jocelyn will be ok, but I have been with her all the time since she was born, and I am not ready to not be around her all the time.

Another activity we did with the kids was make paper snowflakes..They thought that was cool.

James made sugar cookies with a little direction from me.  I was so proud of him for trying it by himself.

Reunion Tuesday

On Tuesday we spent the day at the lake.  It was so warm and so fun.  We had fun renting paddle boards, a water trampoline, and a boat.  We had a blast trying everything.  Somehow Jon and I both didn't make it on the water trampoline tho.  It looked like it was a lot of fun.

Mike and his family came up to visit with us for the day.  Everyone had fun seeing him.

The house we rented had a huge yard.  It was great to play kickball in the evenings.

After the kids go to bed, that is the time when all the adults get to stay up and talk, visit and laugh.  Brian brought some lip retractors from dental school, and he and Darin were so funny eating things and talking.  We were cracking up so hard.

Carving Pumpkins

Tonight for FHE Jon and I carved pumpkins.  This was the first year since we have been married that we were able to carve pumpkins.  We haven't been able to do it in the past because Jon worked so much.
