Vacation part 1

We didn't want the kids to feel like we couldn't do anything because we are having a baby, so for Memorial Day weekend, we took a long weekend and took the kids to Lincoln City, OR.  We did have to get special permission, but it went quickly, and the kids had so much fun.  I found this little condo right on the beach.  It was perfect for our little family.

The view from our condo.  We walked right out the door and down the stairs to the beach.  It was beautiful.  And the waves in May are so much bigger than they are in the summer.

We had surprisingly good weather while we were there.

I don't know how these kids go in the water.  It is way too cold for me.

I have been to Lincoln City several times.  There were some things I really wanted to take the kids to that my parents took us to when we were kids. On Saturday, one of the places we went was to Alder House.  This man blows glass where we can see. He made a vase while we were there.
