Snow!!

Yesterday and today we have gotten over a foot of snow. It has been so much fun. Jon and I spent the day playing in the snow. This morning as he was out shoveling the driveway I decided to go out and surprise him and start a snowball fight. The snow didn't pack very well, so we resorted to throwing each other in the snow. We had so much fun. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures because it is very hard to take pictures while you are having snow thrown at you. We also made a couple of snow angels, which were quickly filled in with fresh falling snow.

We decided since we were already in the snow that we would go sledding this afternoon.  This is the first time in a long time that I have been sledding.   So we stopped at Fred Meyer to buy a couple sleds with some of our gift cards we got at the wedding and we headed over to Franklin Park. There were already lots of people there, so there were already some good runs that were made. The only thing about Franklin is the hill is soooo steep. It was a long walk back up.

I decided that pictures just weren't enough to show how much fun we had, so here are a couple of videos for you to enjoy.  We did go down a couple times together, but we didn't have anyone to video that, so you just get us separately.  Enjoy!!

Sorry if they are way fuzzy.  I have lost the charging cord to my nice camera, and until I find it, I will have to use what I have on my phone.  But you can still see how much fun we had.  Jon wants to do it again tomorrow, but we'll see.  Happy Snow Day everyone!!!
