Spring Time

We have received another kiddo.  This is Chance.  He is Native American.  He was pretty sick when he came to us.  We had to give him breathing treatments.  He was supposed to be long term, but I got really sick, and I was so worried of making Chance worse.  I had to call my agency and tell them they needed to place him in another home.  He was sure fun while we had him though.

We went down to Grandma and Grandpa Naylor's house and rode the horse tire swing.  I have said before Rex loves to swing, but this was new.  This was really cool.

He loved wearing this Apron.  I don't know if it is because he thought he was helping mommy, or he just thought it was cool.  But he loved it.

Sick

This little guy was sick this weekend.  I felt so bad.  He had a fever we had to monitor closely, because he has had a seizure in the past when his fever would spike.  He didn't have one, but we sure loved the cuddles.

Patio Table

I finally found a patio table that I love.  We were walking around Lowes the other day, and I saw this table.  It was nice and big and a great price, so we finally decided to get it.  Jon was putting it together, and I thought it was so cute that Rex wanted to go out and help daddy.  He loves to help out.

He's only 18 months old, but he's a big boy.  He wears 3T close.  He wanted to play in this car, and he had so much fun.

We got the call!!!

I got a call this week there was an 18 month old little boy who needed a home with for long term possible adopt.  We were so excited.  I met up with the previous foster parents in Pasco to bring this little guy home.  I did stop by some family so they could meet him.  He is so cute.  I fell in love with him instantly. He fell asleep in the car on the way home.  This is Rex.

He is such a happy little boy. His smile just lights up the room.

This kid LOVES food!!!  So much he makes mmmm noises when he eats.  It is so funny.

This weekend at the church we had our annual Easter egg hunt.  I took Rex so he could have some fun finding eggs.  It took him a little bit to understand, but once he figured it out, he got quite the haul.

Happy Easter!  All of us in our Easter outfits.  I loved Rex's little suit.  It was so cute we felt we needed to get it.  Plus he needed something to wear to church.

Rex loves balls!!!  He could toss a ball back and forth for hours.

This guy lights up our life.  He is so much fun.  I get tired chasing him around everywhere, but it is so worth it when I feel the Joy that I feel.
