James' birthday was the 5th, but we let him have a friend party on the 3rd. He was so excited. Normally we would have had his friend party when he turned 8, but we didn't have him for that birthday, so we decided to let him have one when he turned 10. He had so much fun. They had a water balloon fight, lots of food, and even watched a movie. We have several boys in our ward about his age, so it is really fun for him. He had such a great time, and I'm glad he was happy.
They were cold after getting wet, so they all snuggled under blankets. It was funny.
On Saturday, we got a great deal on corn on the cob, so we bought a whole bunch and processed them for freezer corn. We have so much!! Should last us quite a while, which will be nice.
Today is James' birthday. We gave him his gift today. He was pretty thrilled.
