Grandpa Earl Noble is 90!!

Grandpa turned 90 this year, so my mom and her siblings put on a big birthday party for him.  They held it on the 19th, which is my birthday, so mine was pretty low key.  But that is ok.  It was so fun to see grandpa visiting with everyone and to see all the people who came.  More of the family came for this, than did for a family reunion.

Everyone wrote a letter to grandpa of memories they had with him, and Uncle Dave presented to him in a book so that grandpa could read them whenever he felt like.

My cousin Amy Muhia made this little chalkboard of things from when grandpa was born.  At the bottom are quotes he is famous for saying.  The one at the bottom is one I still hear him say.  "I never had it so good."

There were a lot of people who came.  It was nice to see so many supporting grandpa.

James has been taking the missionary discussions and can hardly wait to get baptized.  We have to wait until we have him adopted before he can get baptized.  These missionaries were the ones who taught him, and this is our last Sunday in this ward, so we took pictures.

The boys got haircuts.  I am learning how to use clippers.  I have only used them a couple of times.  But I think they look pretty good for their first time.

The Friend magazine had a pattern for an origami CTR badge.  Each of the boys made one.  They thought they were cool.

It's been a little chilly outside, but the kids were dying to go to the park.  So I braved the weather and took them.

Malachi was the reverence king in primary!

The Toys R Us big catalog came in the mail.  Jeremy looked at this catalog for so long.  He just looked at every train he could find.

He also loves to Vacuum

Halloween

On October 28th, we did our annual Halloween party.  However because we have our house ready to sell, and many things are packed away, Jon and I co hosted with some friends at their house.  It was nice to not have to worry about getting the house Halloween Ready. :)  While Jon and I went to our Halloween party, Grandma and Grandpa took the kids to James's school Halloween Party.

Dressed up in their costumes.

The Adams family were Minions

Heaters as a Zebra and Lion

We had such a great time.  Thanks Lynn and Cynda for helping us out.  We had so much fun and your house was decorated great.  We look forward to next year..

Carving Pumpkins

The kids were watching a movie.  I thought it was cute how Jeremy sat on the back of James

At the office we all dressed up like nerds. That was fun. :)

For dinner on Halloween we made BBQ Ribs, Little Smokeys, which looked an aweful lot like fingers, and mashed potatoes.  The kids thought it was cool, but were a little uncomfortable about eating fingers.
